BT Consumer Contact Centre Transformation – Impact on Manpower Employees
A number of queries have been received regarding the impact on the Manpower Employees in Consumer regarding BT’s intention to create a permanent workforce and offer Manpower advisors a BT contract.
Manpower have informed the CWU that thy have emailed all their employees in Consumer containing details regarding how Manpower employees should apply for a BT contract which will happen in two tranches in October and November.
Those on current warning on their record will have to wait beyond the end of November until this has expired.

The CWU is currently in discussions with BT on the job offers and the documentation required by the Manpower employees and a further update will follow shortly.
