Making a will with UnionLine couldn’t be easier. We will send members a will pack with all the information they need for us to draft their simple will.

Our members who live in Scotland or Northern Ireland are still eligible for a free simple will kit under their CWU membership and will be sent a questionnaire from a specialist firm in their country.

Members may need something more complex than a simple will – for example if a member owns a business or requires advice on inheritance tax. More complex wills could incur a charge, but this will always be agreed with the member in advance.
