Roles: IR rep and mental first aider in Bootle and Seaforth DO, Young worker for the Greater Mersey Amal branch and the young worker for the North West

Hi, I’m Charlotte, I have been working for RoyalMail since 2021 as a Post Person. I have been the Young Worker for Greater Mersey AMAL Branch and IR rep for Bootle and Seaforth office for about a year. Recently, I was elected to the Young Worker Committee to represent the North West region, where I’m dedicated to engaging with and supporting young members in the union.

I got involved in the union because I believe in fighting for better rights for workers and helping others. It’s vital for young workers to be active in the union because we are the future! We need to continue making a difference, protecting jobs, and improving conditions for working people!

Outside of work, I enjoy baking, playing video games, and going to the gym.
