What sort of help do we provide specific to Covid19:

Our criteria remain the same – to help employees, their family dependents in the household and retired employees who are struggling financially – each case judged independently and confidentially.  Considering some Royal Mail employees will be facing nil pay, either due to special leave or sick absence, we will judge each case individually and will require the usual personal documents, eg bank statements and medical details.

What sort of help do we provide?

Financial help in times of need, which can include rent, mortgage and utility bill arrears, disability aids, white goods and much more.
