Conference call next week for ex-BTFS members

Former BTFS members facing employment transfer to contractor ISS, and working in housekeeping or security are being invited to take part in conference calls next week with members of the union’s national negotiating team.

CWU assistant secretary Sally bridge explains: “We want to update our members’ and hear their concerns and we want to answer their questions on the issues related to this.

“Next Tuesday evening from 6pm until 7pm, and from 12noon until 1pm on both of the following two days (Wednesday and Thursday), members in this category will be able to call up and ask us.”

“Please note that next week’s conference calls are only for housekeeping or security workers transferring to ISS,” Sally says, adding: “We will be organising separate consultation calls with those members transferring to CBRE within the next weeks.”
