CWU Young Workers Conference 2025

Join us for our Annual Young Workers Conference and a chance to raise the voice of young members in the CWU.

Our annual conference will debate issues affecting young workers in the workplace, their community and wider society. A chance to meet up with other young members and have a say on Union policy.

The evening before conference there will be a delegates networking event organised by the National Young Workers Committee taking place in the Mechanics Institute from 7pm. There will be food, music, games and refreshments, everyone welcome!

Open to all CWU members aged 30 or under. To become a delegate contact your branch secretary or alternatively email: cwuyoungworkers@cwu.org for guidance on how to get involved.

All branches and regions of CWU are encouraged to send the maximum number of delegates available to them and to submit motions of relevance to their young members.
