CWU North East Region – Young Workers Open Day
Invitation to Young Workers Open Day
On Tuesday 5th November 2024 we are inviting all our young members, (30 or under) along to a Young Workers Open Day in the Canal Club, Little Neville Street Leeds. (5 mins walk from Leeds Station).
The event will be running from 11am – 3pm and will include workshops and discussion on topics around what a Union is and how we work for you both in the workplace and in wider society.
From 3pm – 4.30pm will be a social and networking event and a chance to relax and meet up with other young CWU members, union representatives and officers.
This is an ideal event for members who have never come along to a union meeting before you can find out more about how the union works, how to get involved and importantly have an opportunity to table you issues and concerns to the Union.
