BRIEFING TO BT BRANCHES WITH MANPOWER MEMBERS

Manpower Holiday Pay Accrual
There have been a number of cases raised relating to Manpower members who are about to start a BT contract who have been informed by Manpower that they have used more holiday then accrued and this will be reclaimed in their last payment.
Branches should be aware that Manpower have confirmed that they have explained the process to their employees which is also in their handbook. They have also published below on their BT Support website within the FAQ’s.
